This Bird Has Flown

Spotted on the floor of the departure lounge at Nice airport this morning: a little sparrow. I attempted a few phone pics but of course it flew away.

I know technically it might have been better if I'd managed to catch the whole bird in the frame, but I have to admit (immodestly) that I love the accidental outcome here: it's as though the bird has escaped from a cage and is already making its exit. Well, that's how I saw it anyway... :-)
