Dismantling

First day back at work today and after I'd finished up for the day I noticed that other people were still hard at work dismantling the winter festival by floodlight.

One of this year's challenges is to have a vegetarian day once a week. Not for any particular politcal reasons but to help me diversify my cooking range for vegetarian friends who visit, by thinking more about meat free dishes which are tasty and to see if I can! First day was yesterday - 51 to go. A different day every week most likely - to keep me on my toes
