Scrambled Eggs!

First day back to work after the Christmas and New Year break and a quick turnaround before heading back out this evening so scrambled eggs works for tea!

Quite honestly I can't remember a day when I have gone hungry or starved because of lack of food for which I am genuinely thankful.
