K. works for the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland. The job description on her visiting card is "Thinker in Residence"! More or less this means she organises events & fundraising. It also allows her to act as an intelligence outside the "box" who can steer the more hare-brained ideas of the powers that be onto a more sensible path!
