left and right
the reason for my latest break in the blips can be seen above. for the last 3 evenings i have been taking part in a little exercise, along with the other half obviously.
the grey and yellow ones are mine, the pink ones are hers (just incase you thought i was running in odd trainers) we have been taking it steady to begin with doing 30 minutes of brisk walking followed by as many laps around the block as i can handle. this evening i have managed to do 3 laps of my extended route, and as hard as i found it, i did enjoy it.
i have a target i really want to reach, which probably sounds pretty insane, but i want to do the birmingham half marathon in october. im pretty sure i can do it, as im good at pushing myself. wish me luck!!!!
