Distraction

Had a very old filling replaced today.
I am not good with dentists.
In the past 17 years, I have only had 2 dentists.
Thankfully they have both been excellent and cope amazingly well with me and my white knuckles and forgetting to breathe.
My dentist told me she was proud of me today - how about that?
Once I was fit to drive I went to the shore to take my mind off things in the best way I can.
It was really wild today - the sea only looks calm because I used a 10 stop filter and a 20 second exposure. 
Things are not always as they seem!
