It's Beginning To Look A Lot Less Like Christmas..

Not quite sure what the protocol for taking decorations down is really, but chez Jackson it has to be after New Year, before the 6th and depends on the weather.

Outside decorations came in on Friday as we had a wet weekend forecast.

I've been working on the inside decorations for the past two days. I have two trees undecorated and stowed in the basement, and everything else down with the exception of the real 9 footer, which will be dragged down into the woods tomorrow, once the rain has stopped.

Here is my staging post in the basement, where things wait to be boxed, with Rodney in the background supervising.

No doubt once I've packed everything away, I will spot the one lone decoration that I've forgotten. Grrrr!!!!
