Run!

My son had his fell running debut today in the Kendal Winter League up at Scout Scar. Being only 8 he was in the under 12s race which only went part way up the Scar. Far enough for novices like him! A great experience and we will see how he does over the 10 weeks of competition. I am sure he will get faster as his technique improves. If nothing else he will be a lot fitter at the end of it.
