Surfing into the sunset

A kite-surfer in the bay at Ardersier, and an amazing night for it. Incredible light, a wide, windy, open, shallow bay and despite being winter it wasn't totally freezing. Nothing a good wetsuit, booties and cap wouldn't handle. I was quite jealous, as he got some great speed up, heading right across to Fort George.

No running today, just the first day at the gym in about 2 months. I'm weak but much more flexible than I used to be, having done a lot of yoga recently - worth it in the end I think. Back to work, and hard training tomorrow.
