A Glasgow Building

Does any Glaswegian recognise the whereabouts of this quirky Victorian Building? I pass it every Sunday on my way home from church but don't usually get the chance to stop anywhere near it. However, I really like it's odd charm and made up my mind today to ensure I managed a blip.
