Trying to keep fit.

Went for a walk along the beach early morning.Marisa,s children Carlos and Maria came for lunch and practice there English in there lunch break.
I had a game of Padel tonight at Tonus Sports Center.We played from 8.00 till 10.00.The Blipfoto is of the padel courts and you can see it as a wonderful back drop.
