Incoming

A hot day, with the temperature in the low 30sC. Fortunately there was high, thin cloud, and the wind was from the northeast and not a hot nor’wester.

While it was still reasonably cool I worked in the greenhouse, lateraling and tying the tomato plants, arranging the shade cloths, and laying chainsaw dust on the path. It looks pretty good now. The plants are doing well, though not a lot of fruit as yet. I have had a number of yellow cherry tomatoes and today I’ll have my first red tomato from my plants.
