Hanoi: The Ins and Outs

From boat to shuttle to foot to car to train.  Dodged the scooters and got ourselves onto the overnight train to Sapa.

Hanoi continues unabated out the train window, sometimes extremely close to the train window, while we settle into our rolling lodgings.
