Raise a glass

It can be either,
Glass half-full or half-empty,
Or  a glass to raise.

... a lovely family day  - we finally got it together for our postponed Boxing Day get together.   Sue (aka 56daisies) came with Adrian, Chris and Lydia and Lydias boyfriend Alexi. Father-in-law Nigel, us, Natasha and Greg and Greg's girlfriend Jodie, then later neighbours Peter and Cynthia and our friend Taurie.

Luckily the food held out and  drink  held out, my experimental baking was deemed a success ... and much chilling and chatting was had by all.

Excellent.

The I heard from Sue about the Polaroid  "partnership".  I really don't know what to think .... but I hope that it will be OK ... this community is so much part of my life it would be very sad to lose it ...

Rather than look at the glass as being half- full or half-empty ... perhaps we should raise a glass to the future and make sure it is a bright one for blip ...
