Poorly Day

I was feeling ill today, terrible cough and head cold. The boys wanting entertaining. I dragged them to soft play in the morning to share the pain with friends and they continued to scream non-stop. I discovered The Sound of Music on, my ears feel deaf. It was their first time and my first bit of peace.

They shouted again later and I hid upstairs behind the stair gate. They followed me up with a chainsaw and drill (from their Christmas toy set) determined to dismantle the gate.
