Getting into it now!

Not done much today, Charlotte returned to gymnastics so I took her to that and then we spent the afternoon playing games.

I then did some baking with charlotte, we made cookies, breakfast muffins and a massive batch of mince sauce that I have frozen to make up chillies, lasagna and Bolognese with.

I got brought 8 cookbooks for christmas, as I love cooking so I read through a couple of them today and have written a shopping list. Next Saturday my husband is at the rugby so charlotte and I plan to spend the day cooking! Her ambition is to become a chef so I'm encouraging it! She is actually a pretty good chef!
