As I was drying my hair this morning I looked out the window and saw this Robin sitting in the tree below my window. It sat long enough for me to change lens and grab a photo.

Had a hospital visit from two nurses this morning. A good chance to talk and let them know what is going on in my head. I told them I was struggling with trying to forget what happened when I was in hospital last and am dreading going in on Monday.  I asked if I could come home the same day as ECT. They are going to bring it up in their Monday morning meeting and I have to speak to the ward doctor. I've never had any issues after the treatment so here's hoping they say yes. I may have to tell a small lie and say I will have someone in the flat with me.

Feeling quite emotional today ; there has been  a few tears, and it's been hard to do anything. Been on the sofa watching rubbish tv all day.
