Adventuring (Day 4)

Today we were due to set off on an adventure into the wilds of Nova Scotia.  We packed up our bags, loaded the car and took a walk down to the Bride and Grooms hotel where they had laid on a Barbecue lunch as chance to catch up with guests properly.  It was SO hot out on the rooftop courtyard overlooking the river!  Eventually we made our excuses, said our goodbyes and set off towards Truro.

As we weren't going to be able to check in to our B&B until late, we decided to stop off at the Schubenacadie Wildlife Park.  A lovely little place full of animals and birds native to Nova Scotia.  Missing our turning led to me accidentally working out how to fold away the soft top holder so we could put our bags in the boot and we were lucky enough to see a bald eagle whilst we were sorting it.  The park was really interesting.

When we got to our B&B, we were greeted by a lovely lady and shown to our room.  We settled in and then took a walk down the block to find some dinner.
