Rebels Without A Course

We were invited to dine chez Leech, in the salubrious surroundings of their fab new extension. While the grown up's ate, drank and got merry in the dining room, the children wolfed their dinner down and scattered across the house to make mischief. The big boys got down to some serious gaming in The Snug, while the girls disappeared into George's bedroom, no doubt partaking in some online gambling, hard drinking and other shady activities. They obviously heard me coming up the stairs but I wasn't fooled at all by their little charade. No siree!!!.....

A lovely evening and yet another late night for the children. I'm not looking forward to getting them back into a routine next week.
