SA Fires

For those of you that know the Northern Suburbs you will see a white/cream building off to the right, that is Sfera's. This is a shot from up on the hill just before you get there.

It is really quite scary seeing this scene...not far from home, but far enough that we are not at risk but of course that could change.

A shout out needs to go to the CFS and MFS and all of the volunteers. I also heard that the Red Cross was at the Golden Grove Rec Centre helping out and lots of people have given food, water and supplies.

The amazing use of social media has really helped connect people that can help and those that need help, so, as much as we complain about it, it has definitely been a very useful tool in this horrible situation.

It is a very volatile situation and the only thing a lot of us can do is sit and keep an eye on what is going on...
