Orange humor

Sometimes lame humor is still funny. :)
This orange is from- you guessed it- the tree in our back yard.
The oranges taste lovely this year.
We have trees that yield oranges, tangerines, lemons, grapefruits, and limes.
They alternate good years which works for us. As it is, we take bags full of fruit into the office to share with coworkers.

Today was busy with laundry, ironing and cooking.
It felt like a normal day. Normal is welcome right now.
My Mom is finally scheduled for the epidural shot next Tuesday. Based on conversations with her, I am losing hope that blocking pain will be enough to get her walking again. I'm trying to be optimistic but it's getting harder.
Maybe that's why I'm reaching lately for even lame humor...:)
