Sophisticated travellers sipping martinis in the "Flight Deck' restaurant overlooking the main runway, smiling well tailored aircrew strolling through the terminal on their way to exotic destinations, small boys watching the aircraft from the outdoor observation platform.

.......on the other hand you could go to Luton Airport.

Up too early for a cheap flight.
A great meeting in central London.
A few hours hanging around waiting for a delayed cheap flight.
Home after a 16 hour day.

I won't even begin to describe the other travellers in the shopping mall that is Luton Airport. Ghastly.

From now on - only the train.
