Baking Day

Was bored today.... have a very sore throat and too cold to go out in the garden, so decided to bake a cake.....much to my daughters delight, she loves cake, says I should get bored more often!!
Found a tin of pineapple at the back of the press, hence the upside down pineapple cake..........
