Oh hail!

The weather was very mixed today.  At one point, I predicted snow, due to the colour of the sky and we did have a few flurries, then it went really dark and the hailstones fell.  Although it was still falling when I grabbed my camera and rushed out in my slippers, it wasn't going to lie long on the ground.
