Ch Ch Ch Changes

I am a bit of a low reactor and have almost always coped well with change naturally seeing the best in things.

I will wait and make a judgement about the changes to Blip announced today. It may not make much difference to me or the small corner of blip which I inhabit. In the world of social media today Blip has always felt like a safe place to be. If it wasn't would people be prepared to share so much of their lives on here?

What has marked blip as a special place has been the sense of community made up of smaller groups of people who interact with each other. I have read many comments where some say that they may no longer continue blipping. Some of those are people who I have come to know through blip. It saddens me to think that these online relationships might come to an end.

Back to today's blip. First day back at work after the holiday break. Fortunately it was only one day before the start of the weekend. Just as well as I felt very tired. Every year the hospice holds a Light up a Life service and the front of the building is illuminated with hundreds of lights, each one in memory of a life.
