2014's Final Grip

It was a hazy, lazy beginning to the new year as the previous nights imbibing left a gentle fog in my head. 

Window one: midnight. A new years kiss between my wife and I.

Window two: A mint chocolate chip cupcake left at our gathering - one of which I ate after lunch, and another after dinner.

Window three: Attempted to get a little work done in the new year, but a head linger with previous spirits and an adorable friend didn't allow for much.

Window four: RETREAT! The rest of my evening was relaxing in middle Earth as I defeated hoards of Uruks on the ol' XBox One.
