An unwary squirrel

Purrkins spotted the squirrel from the study window (where she was sitting on the desk), jumped to the floor and rushed out through the cat door in the kitchen.  The squirrel was a bit slow and both cat and squirrel shot up the apple tree together.  A close run thing but the squirrel just made it.
