Ah, Polaroids....

I'm not the most faithful blipper but thought I'd mark the big changes by posting a digital photo of an old Polaroid. This was taken to mark a big change too - it was June 1982, and I was at Heathrow, about to fly home to New Zealand after four years in London. In the pic with me are Helen, Alannah and Traci, who'd come to wave me goodbye. Aviva took the photo and left her mark - the white feathery spot on the bottom left is where she gripped the photo as it developed.

Edit: Oh how meta. I've just realised I'm holding another Polaroid taken a few minutes earlier, ha ha. I think someone else has that one.
