Light and mud!

More beautiful light this morning as we set off for our walk but the counter side of this was the prolific mud in the fields en route to Goit Stock and from there up to Cullingworth.

No doubt this was due to the heavy rain we had yesterday so I had worn my wellies in anticipation but that didn't stop me sliding all over the place.

I seem to have taken a lot of 'light' pictures lately but I can't resist that early morning glow especially during these short, dark days. So much more up lifting than grey clouds and rain.
