Gin and homemade Tonic

After discovering to our horror that Tonic Water in North America has the same amount of sugar as a can of coke (and no quinine in it) Tom set out to make his own tonic water in order to drink a good G&T (thanks to the make your own tonic water kit he received for Christmas).

Tonight we tried it for the first time, while waiting for his brother to arrive from the UK, its delicious!
