Announcing the Orthodox Christmas (Рождество Христово) which is celebrated on 7 January.  The reason being that the Russian Orthodox Church lives according to the older Julian Calendar, which is currently 13 days behind the Gregorian Calendar, adopted by most countries in the world - including the Russian government.
