Happy New Year

Energetic day
9.30am - parkrun Perth (fastest in my age category)
11am - parkrun Camperdown, Dundee
1pm - 3.9mile Blairgowrie fun run
Total distance - 10.1 miles - most miles in one day for a very long time.
Rained but not too hard, wind not too much, lots of mud
One home, lunch, clean shoes and socks (2 pairs shoes, 3 pairs socks), shower and snooze on the sofa with a glass of wine and a book.
Also ordered myself 2 new jackets in the sales.
The lily has been banished from the room - daughter was supposed to take it away with her
