Happy New Year ... out with the old

2015. New year and new return to Blipping everyday for me. Woke this morning with a thumping head from too many mixed drinks last night but with lots of good memories of the evening to go with it.

Boys and us pretty tired all day. Boys watched films and ate popcorn. We sorted cupboards and hung pictures.

Then the tree was undressed and ornaments put away. The procession to dispose of the tree was hampered by M running with his hands in his jacket pockets then taking a tumble literally headfirst onto the pavement. He now has an impressive forehead wound. Not running with hands in pockets is M's first lesson of 2015. I'm confident there will be more awaiting him and us as the weeks and months progress.

Early night beckons after a fun, relaxed family focused festive period. I feel like tomorrow it will be back to reality.
