Qurkey

For our New Years dinner today I created a fake turkey using a Quorn turkey style roast & a couple Quorn chicken style fillets. I'm calling it a "Qurkey", ...not sure if that is already a word but it seemed appropriate. I made some veggie "pigs in blankets" too. Very silly maybe, but all good fun & tasty too. We will be enjoying cold qurkey & stuffing sandwiches later!
