a fishing village..........

Today I moved to Makuzi beach which is a beautiful lodge in a very secluded bay.  This is not Makuzi but the next bay where there is a small fishing village - here you can see the pink nets out drying (they are for catching bigger fish like the chambo fish which is only found in Malawi). You can also see the stalls where the fish are put to dry before they are sold.

I will be here over new year and looking forward to another couple of days exploring and relaxing!  The water at Makuzi is so clear and the sand is really white - such a beautiful place!
