Up!

A new year and a new canvas to fill.  If you can strive to move forward, taking with you those you love and their memories, and if they love you back then you are heading in the right direction. 

Enjoy the moment, the tiniest of pleasures and make the most of them.  I am writing this listening to songs which make me smile and thinking of the most lovely people that I have all around me.  I am blessed.  The only thing missing is a slab of steak pie, but patience, that's is coming
