year end pink...

...yes, pink

we are ending - 2014 in the pink

look at it - for real - it's a pink rock - embedded and covered in snow - how super cool is that?! - after spending a good amount of - the fall season - searching and finding - all things pink - then going an extra - mile due to cooperative weather - plus glorious nature - being able to find - even more pink deep into - the month of november - i really had no - expectation of seeing any - pink until the spring months - arrived for us again 

yet much to my delight - after subzero temps - we had a slight - warming trend into the teens - so i ventured out - to have a walkabout - only to set eyes - on this half hidden - pink rock! -  i admit to having - to give it a second look - just to be sure - i wasn't being punked or something -  i even glanced around - to be certain - i was alone -  then let out a loud giggle - at my sheer silliness - nature has a way - of catching us off guard - when we least expect it - and i was not expecting pink - on the last day of 2014 -  but what a fabulous way - to go out - with a belief  -  that anything can happen - at any time - for any reason - if you just have a tiny bit - of faith in the miracle - of nature -  that it was designed for us - to delight in - and because i enjoy the color pink -  i will be able to find it - wherever i look - always, and in all things - around me - now that, my friends, will always make for...
