Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

I made this yesterday!!! We had a pineapple that was going to spoil if I didn't cut it. So I made a cake out of some of it! I was so happy with how it came out: the outside is perfect (It didn't stick at all when I flipped the pan), and the inside was sweet and fluffy!
I think I'll try it with peaches next time.
