New Year's Eve

Mum & I had a treat this morning, we headed out for a pedicure for me and manicure for Mum - lovely to have some pampering.

After lunch we all headed down to the local nature reserve as C seemed to have so much excess energy today. There were so many different kinds of birds there, all happily settled and touting for bread from visitors.

We did a walk all around the lakes and C ran most of it, a drink in the cafe and then C went round and round on the big boy drop slide - he had a ball.

Lovely meal for us tonight with Mum and Dad. Really nice to spend it with them here. It's been a good year, with some ups and downs, challenges, exciting trips to New York, Nice, Tenerife and some nice weekends away. I am thankful for family and friends and hope for good health and happiness for all in 2015 - the year we look forward to welcoming our new little Cooke.
