Scare yourself

Especially on the last day of the year.

An long downwind paddle that at times felt like we'd bitten off more than we could chew.  The reflected waves from the wall at Dawlish made conditions 'challenging' to say the least and it was with a fair bit of relief that we surfed our way down the front of Dawlish Warren and into the calm estuary behind.

One of those days when the sea makes you feel very small...
