Happy Hogmanay!

Hogmanay is the Scots word for the last day of the year...

Cockermouth, and the rest of Cumberland, used to be in Scotland many moons ago...

In the blip, taken at 8am this morning,  you can see the river Cocker joining the river Derwent, and All Saints church.

As I type this it will already be 2015 in some parts of the world...

So, for all blippers wherever you may live...

I hope 2015 will be your best year EVER!
