Bullytree Sunrise

Many thanks for the kind comments and welcome to my new followers who have joined up following yesterdays Bearded Tit blip.

So we have reached the end of the year. I had hoped to get a good sunset picture to see out the year,  but looking out of the window now, I think I made the right decision to get out early today and get a sunrise.

It was nice being out early in the crisp morning light and watching the sunrise. I chatted to the farmer who I used to work for while he was feeding the cattle this morning, and then I carried on along the lane past the Bullytrees which I have featured before on blip. I also got a picture of Steeton Hall Gatehouse

As its the end of the year I thought I would look back a little at what I have done and experienced and shared with you through Blip.

The highlight was undoubtedly my photographic holiday to Iceland
I also made my first appearance in the Spotlight and it reached the top of it too!
I watched and blipped the magnificent couple of days in the summer when Le Tour de France came to Yorkshire
I photographed a rock icon and saw Leeds Rhinos win the Challenge Cup at Wembley
And I went on my first ever Blip meet, which turned into a bit of a Flashmob!

It's been a fun 12 months, I hope the next 12 will be just as good. I already have a couple of things in the diary for next year, and I'm sure they will feature on Blip at some point.

Happy New Year and may 2015 be a good year for everybody.
