The Birds Are Flown

It's not my best shot of the year and not even my best shot of today but as the birds went up I managed to grab it and even though they're a bit blurry I think they add nicely to the scene. I like the fact that those trees are reflected so clearly in the muddy puddle. None of that nice frostiness for us today, just a bit overcast and gloomy.

So that's 2014 almost done and dusted and I have to say, in summing it all up, it's been alright. Just a bit of drinking and festivity to go and we're into 2015. I'm quite looking forward to that!
