What about if it totally collapses, if the filling won’t spread, if the cherries escape, if the chocolate doesn’t curl. Do I still not have to worry?
Perhaps there is a reason why I don’t make desserts!
The last time I made Delia’s Black Forest Gateau was probably in 1979. Why I had to have another go, I have no idea. Entertaining friends tonight – well this will be entertainment enough I should think - imagine cutting it!
