Buddha's Hands

A citrus fruit from which I know not the origin.  I've only seen these in the last few years showing up at local farmer's markets.  These were selling next to the grapefruits.  They're some kind of citrus and the rind is supposed to be sweet and tasty.

They look too much like hands - Something out of Star Wars...
