Time Out has set up something that can only be described as foodie heaven right by the market hall in Lisbon - next to the old market place they have invited some of the top chefs to set up their kitchens around a food hall with long trestle tables and a gin bar, cocktail bar, organic salad bar and more - you can buy tasters of each of their speciality dishes and wine to pair with the food - it is a gourmet's delight and we were so bowled over by it that we ate there every night. My favourite dish was the octopus salad - the best I have eaten, with a superb light olive oil dressing.
