The Apple of My Eye

I was lucky enough to get a macro lens for my Christmas to open up a new world for my blips. Boy oh boy does it need patience, so I have much to learn, but I decided to start with a slightly out of focus Ms H (I lost her patience).

Having had a dry run with Molly the cat last night (she didn't like it so close) I had the subject and title planned all day and had hoped to get a nice juice apple reflected in her eye but knew she would not last for that and only at that point did I think to open the mac lid - 10 attempts later I got the best I was ever going to achieve tonight :-)
