Pizza from first principles

The gov made the dough, proved it, made the topping and thanks to T and E she had a pizza stone to cook it on.
This bit is for my lunch down the boat on Thursday.
(The stone looks very clean because we couldn't persuade the pizza base to come off the baking parchment when it was ready to go in the oven, so it got cooked on the stone on the parchment).
It was very nice and loads better than the ready made bases.
