On the sixth day of Christmas...

...my true love gave to me,
Six flames a flickering,
Minus five°C golden chocs,
Four frosty blips,
Three Danish danglers,
Two Christmas reindeer,
And a new star to hang upon the tree!


With my brother and his wife heading off to London for the night, a slight break in the festivities and the chance to nip off to the cinema to see the wonderful new film Paddington. I think I was probably the only person there without a child in tow, but still I enjoyed the film and would thoroughly recommend it if you're looking for a feel-good film for Christmas.

This evening there are leftovers for supper, and I think there may be one or two half-empty wine bottles that need attention! Happy Sixth Day of Christmas!!
