Family Lunch at the Chequers

We went for a family lunch at a lovely country pub today just outside York. Very Christmassy inside and the food was delicious. In the morning, an old friend I hadn't seen for over ten years came round with his daughter, who is only a few weeks younger than Orla. Both girls had great fun playing together, especially when Ed got his old game of Crossbows and Catapults out. Lots of fun was had with Uncle Charles, Auntie Kirsty, daddy and Grandad when we got back from lunch as well, playing indoor cricket in the hall. Orla only got a tiny little bit annoyed with Conor picking the ball up and running away with it!
